Please read these terms carefully before using our learning platform.

Accounts and Eligibility
A parent or guardian creates and manages the account. Children participate under parental supervision.
- You must be at least 18 years old to register and handle payments.
- Child participants must be between 5–17 years old, unless otherwise specified by a course.
- Keep your login credentials confidential and notify us of any unauthorized use.
Enrollment and Billing
- Fees are listed per course and shown in USD.
- Refunds are available before the second session unless otherwise stated.
- Discounts and promotions are time-limited and subject to change.
- Invoices are due immediately upon enrollment unless a payment plan is offered.
- Payment methods may include credit/debit cards and other locally supported options.
- Late or failed payments may result in suspended access until resolved.
Acceptable Use
Be respectful, protect privacy, and follow mentor guidance. No harassment or misuse of tools.
- Do not share personal information beyond what is necessary for learning.
- Do not upload malware, copyrighted content without permission, or illegal material.
- Do not attempt to disrupt classes, servers, or other learners.
- Report any concerns about behavior or content to a mentor immediately.
Parental Responsibilities
- Ensure your child’s participation complies with these terms.
- Supervise your child’s use of video, chat, and code-sharing features.
- Provide a safe learning environment and appropriate hardware/software.
Technology Requirements
- A stable internet connection is required for live classes and project uploads.
- Some courses may require specific browsers or IDEs; details appear on each course page.
- You are responsible for third‑party software licenses where applicable.
Content and Intellectual Property
- All course materials are provided for personal, non‑commercial educational use.
- You may not reproduce, resell, or publicly distribute course content without permission.
- Learners retain rights to original projects they create, except where third‑party assets require attribution or impose license limits.
Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancel from your account dashboard before the second session to receive a refund unless otherwise stated.
- Missed sessions are not refundable but may be eligible for make‑up content if available.
- We may cancel or reschedule sessions for reasons such as instructor illness or emergencies; affected enrollments receive options for rescheduling or refund.
Privacy and Data
- We collect limited personal data to operate the platform and provide support.
- We use cookies for essential functionality, preferences, and performance analytics.
- Parents can request access, correction, or deletion of personal data subject to legal obligations.
Liability
We provide educational services as‑is and are not liable for indirect damages.
- To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for claims related to the service is limited to the amount paid for the affected course in the 3 months prior to the claim.
- We are not responsible for interruptions due to third‑party providers, ISPs, or force majeure events.
Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
- Please contact support first to attempt a good‑faith resolution.
- Where permitted, disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis; no class actions.
- These terms are governed by applicable laws of your country or state of residence unless local consumer protections require otherwise.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If changes materially affect your rights, we will provide reasonable notice.
